What exactly is the Beacon System? Is it just a website?

No. The website is the front door. The Beacon System is everything behind it. Lead capture forms, automated email follow-up, a CRM pipeline to track every inquiry, and depending on your level, a live AI chat bot trained on your business. It is a complete lead and follow-up system, not just a site you build and forget.

How long does it actually take to go live?

21 days from the date we receive your assets. Assets means your logo, photos of your work, and a description of your services. The clock starts when we have everything we need from you. If we miss the 21-day mark from asset receipt, your build fee is refunded in full.

What do I need to provide to get started?

Three things: your logo, photos of your work, and a description of your services. That is it. No logo yet? We will work with what you have. No photos? We will tell you exactly what to shoot on your phone. We handle everything else.

Do I need to already have a domain?

No. If you have one, great, we connect it. If you do not, we will walk you through getting one. Domain connection is included in every level. Most clients use GoDaddy or Google Domains and the process takes less than an hour.

What is the monthly retainer actually paying for?

The retainer keeps your system running on GoHighLevel infrastructure, which powers your forms, automations, CRM, chat bot, and hosting. It also covers ongoing system maintenance and keeps you with a point of contact who knows your setup. Without the retainer, the system goes offline. Think of it like a phone bill. It is what keeps everything active.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. There is no long-term contract beyond the initial service agreement. If you cancel, the system goes offline and you retain ownership of your website content. We do not hold your business hostage. That said, the system is built to compound over time. Most clients who cancel early do so before the automation has had time to work.

What if I want changes after the site goes live?

One round of revisions is included before launch. After launch, minor text and photo swaps are handled within your retainer. Structural changes, new pages, or additional forms are billed as add-ons. Full Stack clients get one content update per month already built in.

Who owns the website after it is built?

You own the content, the copy, and the design. The site runs on GoHighLevel infrastructure, which requires an active retainer to stay live. If you ever leave, you can export your content. We will not lock you out or hold anything over you.

Do you work with businesses outside of Middle Georgia?

Our focus is Middle Georgia because local relationships and local knowledge make the builds better. If you are a referral or a strong fit, we are open to the conversation. Fill out the qualification form and we will be honest with you.

What if I do not qualify?

You will still get a response. We will tell you why and what we would recommend instead. We do not ghost people. If the timing is not right or the fit is not there, we say so directly and point you somewhere useful.

I already have a website. Can you replace it?

Yes. A lot of our clients come in with an outdated Wix or Squarespace site that is not capturing leads or showing up on Google. We build on top of or replace what you have, depending on what makes more sense for your business.

What is the AI chat bot actually doing on my site?

It is trained on your business specifically: your services, your hours, your pricing if you want it public, and your booking flow. When someone lands on your site at 10pm and has a question, the bot answers it and moves them toward booking. It does not replace you. It handles the first touch so you wake up to warm leads instead of missed inquiries.
